Let me introduce you to my new favorite top for the summer: the floral embroidered peasant blouse. Yes, it is amazing. And oh so flowy and comfy. Me and my mother went to NY&Company yesterday and scored this awesome blouse along with some others, using our $45 off $100.
Peasant shirts are always a great option for anyone, but especially me because I have broad shoulders and it hangs nicely off of them. For this specific look with the denim shorts, I made a day outfit to run errands in, and a night outfit, to have some fun in our small country town. I paired this outfit with a soft lavender to give it a girly touch.
After running some errands around town, per the usual, I decided to step up my day look into what could be a night outfit, if you are the fun sort of person that does things after work. I took my hair out of the braid, added a cute periwinkle clutch and threw on some wedges that I got from Target last year, and arguably are one of my favorite and most comfortable wedges ever.
